The NZQA National Certificate in First Line Management & Call Centre Management is now available. Managers and Leaders can have access to individual unit standards to develop a variety of skill sets and areas of knowledge. These can be for individual unit standards mapped to NZQA specifically or any number of unit standards up to the complete National Certificate course in either qualification.
