Please check in here regularly for updates on your course or icontact.
ALL USERS - Don't forget you now have access to support using our live chat system, you will find it on the home screen of icontact. If you are in your course work and need to chat, simply open another window and go to the icontact home screen and click 'live chat'. Remember no question is a dumb question! Often all it takes is a quick chat about an area you are stuck on or worried about and the roadblock will be cleared!
Jade McFadyen will be your main contact on live chat - she is not as scary as she looks - so feel free to drop her a line! :)
Having trouble understanding what is required from you in your assessment? Email or call Jade and she will more than happily discuss what is required with you - details are:

CONTACT CENTRE TEAM LEADER LEVEL 4 - A BIG congratulations to Carol Ott from NZ Police for finishing her qualification! Carol worked really hard and managed to complete her qualification in under a year! Way to go - fantastic effort! We wish you all the best for the future Carol!

ALL USERS: If you are using our icontact assessment guides, please be sure to download the assessment as you complete each module. Please do not download them all at once as assessments are subject to version changes from NZQA over the year which will be updated to icontact. If you download them all at once and store them on your computer, you may be using the wrong version when it comes time to submit your work. For more information feel free to contact Jade :)
