The course has been very useful and I have  gained a lot of knowledge by doing this course. the major areas of enhancing my knowledge was under the different techniques in debt collection, the legal process acquired when there are defaults on payments contract and a huge amount of information on the different types of companies, the legalities about them and what necessary steps and documentation need to be put in place to cater for allowing people credit terms. This has benefited me a lot in these areas and I have put this forward to my colleagues for their better understanding about credit control and management.
