The National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations [Level 3] is now available on-line.

Rapid Results Limited is accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority under the provisions of the Education Act 1989 to provide education and training based on contact centre operations and contact centre management levels 1-4.

There are many benefits for this method of learning including a self paced environment, constant access to information, less downtime off the phones and lower cost.

NZQA On-Line is the product of years of research in the call centre industry and aims to bring the ‘magic’ experience to your customers through your phone teams.

It is important to note that the system being used to run and manage the entire NZQA National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations programme is SCORM conformant.

Available from 1st November 2004, agents can have access to individual unit standards to develop a variety of skill sets and areas of knowledge. These can be for individual unit standards mapped to NZQA criteria specifically for the contact centre industry or any number of unit standards up to the complete National Certificate course.
