is important to note that the system being used to run
and manage the entire NZQA NCCCO programme is SCORM
conformant.
Available from March 2007, Managers and Leaders can have access
to individual unit standards to develop a variety of skill
sets and areas of knowledge. These can be for individual
unit standards mapped to NZQA criteria specifically or any number of unit standards
up to the complete National Certificate course in either First Line Management or Contact Centre Management Level 4.
